We're currently looking for talent based in New York or Las Vegas, with strong local knowledge and a passion for global luxury experiences.

About the Role:

As a Lifestyle Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, assisting them with a wide array of requests, including:

  • Designing and managing personalized travel experiences—luxury accommodations, custom itineraries, and unique getaways.
  • Securing reservations at exclusive dining establishments and sourcing tickets for sought-after events.
  • Providing thoughtful gift suggestions and facilitating special occasion planning.
  • Collaborating with global partners to unlock exclusive access and value for our members.

Your ability to anticipate needs, provide creative solutions, and maintain impeccable attention to detail will be key to exceeding member expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to member requests by phone, email, and chat, meeting response time goals and ensuring smooth, efficient service.
  • Handle requests end-to-end, including logging orders, tracking progress, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and partners to fulfill travel, dining, and lifestyle requests on behalf of members.
  • Clearly explain supplier terms and conditions to members before confirming any bookings or purchases.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and regular feedback reviews.
  • Support the team with occasional leadership tasks and assist members from other Ten Global offices when needed.
  • Stay proactive in your own development, using Ten's e-learning tools and pursuing further skills in travel, languages, or lifestyle trends.
  • Understand each member's unique needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations that go above and beyond.

Requirements

Educational/Experience  
 

    • Attending undergraduate or complete high school. 
    • Basic English ( A1) to intermediate (B1), both written and spoken.  
    • Experience in customer service or audience 
    • Work a 5-day shift with 2 day off, consecutively. 
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft office suite. 
    • Desirable experience abroad (Exchange)  
    • Desirable experience of at least 2 years in travel agency, concierge, hospitality and tourism 


Knowledge, skills and behaviors:  

    • Passion for high-quality, personalized customer service 
    • Work with indicators of sales results, efficiency, quality, and other indicators previously established with the manager.  
    • Communicate with customers in a confident, safe and excellent way.  
    • Initiative and creativity to ensure that the needs of our members are met and overcome regularly  
    • Proactivity and empathy, with the focus on assertively identifying the customer's profile   
    • Enjoy performing activities similar to those we offer in our service  
    • Knowledge in the area of entertainment and travel.
