Manager, Global Integrated Marketing - Emerging Platforms id - 14104

About the position

The Global Integrated Marketing Manager - Emerging Platforms is a pivotal role within the Global Brand Integrated Marketing team at Visa, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Integrated Marketing - Emerging Platforms. This position is tasked with supporting the execution of planning, development, and go-to-market strategies for emerging brand platforms that are globally led and have the potential to be multi-regional in scope and scale. The platforms may include the marketing and development of emerging cultural spaces such as gaming, music, and the creator economy, as well as new global sponsorship platforms, including partnerships within the F1 world. In this role, the individual will collaborate closely with marketing executives and various global marketing functions, including brand strategy and innovation, insights and analytics, creative and content, digital, sponsorship, experiential, PR and communications, and product marketing. Additionally, the manager will work with regional brand marketing teams and cross-functional business teams to effectively execute emerging brand platforms that align with key business outcomes. The position is based in Visa's Los Angeles office and is classified as a hybrid role, allowing employees to alternate between remote work and office presence. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guideline of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to high-impact integrated marketing plans for the global brand team's emerging platforms aligned with Visa's corporate objectives.
  • Partner with global marketing functions and regional marketing teams to share best practices and drive executional excellence.
  • Manage the discovery phase of emerging brand initiatives to produce key insights and strategic implications.
  • Contribute to integrated marketing strategy for emerging brand initiatives that informs worldwide activations.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams in planning, conceptualizing, and executing unified, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Facilitate open communication and knowledge sharing across global marketing functions and regional marketing teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in the creation and execution of global integrated campaigns.
  • Manage campaign performance measurement using data-driven insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Contribute to the Global Emerging Platforms Center-of-Excellence to drive brand evolution in new spaces.
  • Connect opportunities to innovate Visa's marketing approach and improve initiative performance across regions.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams on a learning agenda in emerging platforms to drive brand innovation.
  • Ensure appropriate budget allocation for emerging brand initiatives in collaboration with global functions and regional leadership.
  • Influence the culture of the Global Integrated Marketing team to drive effectiveness and innovation.
  • Contribute to a data-driven, customer-centric culture focused on clear communication.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree, or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
