This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule to suit your needs. The season begins on April 15th, and projects are primarily in Anchorage, with occasional opportunities in the lower 49 states. HOW YOU LEAD OUR PROJECTS TOWARD SUCCESS:

As our Landscaping Foreman - Landscape Crew Leader, you're at the heart of every landscape and hardscape project. You start each day by reviewing the plans and laying out the schedule for your team. With tools and materials ready, you lead your crew to transform spaces with stunning landscapes and hardscapes. You're the on-site problem solver, keeping production on track, ensuring quality, and jumping in to provide hands-on guidance when needed. Whether you're managing schedules, checking your team's progress, or coordinating with other departments, you're constantly moving toward delivering breathtaking results that make our clients' visions a reality.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Multiple years of experience installing landscape and hardscape
  • Landscape sales and design experience
  • Leadership and project management experience
  • Material acquisition experience
  • Willingness to relocate to Anchorage, AK
  • Ability to read plans effectively
  • Ability to be consistent and dedicated with a positive attitude
