SquareSpace expert needed to build a one-page website for home renovation contractor. ID - 13064

Project Overview:
Ugville Construction is a residential renovation company that exclusively serves residential investors across the U.S., including those operating under large franchise brands. Our company is not marketing to the general public. Instead, we’re building a professional online presence to establish credibility with investors, showcase our renovation capabilities, and allow potential partners (residential investors and subcontractors) to express interest in working with us.

The goal of this project is to build a modern, professional, single-page website on Squarespace (with additional pages only for forms and a private employee section) that reflects our brand and clearly communicates our value proposition.

Platform: Squarespace (7.1, Fluid Engine recommended)
Template Base Recommendation: Oranssi (preferred), Hayden, Radian, or Wycoff (open to developer input based on final layout needs)

Design Goals:

Clean, modern, and trustworthy

Slightly informal tone (not overly corporate)

Bold and clear messaging

Mobile-responsive

Consistent with our existing logo (attached), but with a construction-themed color palette

Color Palette should be consistent with Construction Themes (You can use the colors below as a guideline - designer to make final color decisions):

Navy Blue (#0D47A1): For section backgrounds or header/footer

Orange (#F57C00): Primary CTA button color

Yellow (#FBC02D): Accent or highlight elements

Gray (#757575): For body text, borders, or icon accents

White & Light Gray (#F5F5F5): Background neutrals for contrast and clarity

Site Structure & Content Sections:
The site will be a single long-scrolling page (with anchored navigation), plus separate pages for contact forms and a secure employee login area.

1. Hero Section (Top Banner)

Headline: "Leave the Building to Us."

Subheadline: "Residential renovations for real estate investors – we handle the hard work so you don’t have to."

Full-screen background image (construction-themed or house in renovation process)

CTA Button: "Work With Us" or "Get Started" (scrolls to contact form or opens separate form page)

Sticky Navigation Header with logo on left and nav links on right (e.g. About, Services, Why Ugville, Contact)

2. About Ugville Section

Brief intro explaining who we are:

"Ugville Construction is a full-service residential general contractor dedicated to supporting real estate investors. We transform distressed houses into desirable homes — on time, on budget, and with quality craftsmanship."

Emphasize specialization and reliability

Include optional team image or stock image

3. Services Offered Section

List of key service areas (icons or simple visuals encouraged):

Full Home Renovations: Complete, turnkey renovations for distressed properties, from demolition to final finishes.

Cosmetic Updates & Repairs: Quick upgrades like paint, flooring, and fixtures to improve appearance and marketability.
