Job Description

Job Title: Amazon Virtual Customer Service Role – International Phones

Experience: 0 to 5 years

Locations: Chennai, Hyderabad, Rajasthan

Salary:

Chennai: INR 2.0-3.5 Lacs P.A.
Hyderabad: INR 2.25-4.25 Lacs P.A.
Rajasthan: INR 2.25-4.25 Lacs P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply.
Candidate shouldn’t be pursuing any Regular Course.
Excellent English communication is Mandate.
Should be comfortable to work for Night Shifts and flexible shift/ week offs.
Freshers who are done with their academic/examination can also apply.
Compensation & Other Benefits:

Salary Base Pay: As per location.

Zeta Meal Card: INR 1100/month i.e. INR 13200/- PA.
Health insurance benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs.
Night Shift Allowance: INR 150/shift.
Overtime Allowance as per business requirement.
5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. (The off days change based on business requirement).
Pick-Drop Cab Facility (applicable for Work from Office).
Internet Allowance: INR 1250/month i.e. INR 15000/- PA. (Applicable for Work from Home).
