Staff, Product Manager ( ID - 13510

Position Summary...As a Creative Gen AI Staff Product Manager for Martech-CSC, you will work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to lead the vision and development of our Creative Gen AI capabilities. You will drive the roadmap, prioritization, and enablement of a suite of tools that accelerate our ability to generate brand compliant and hyper personalized assets at scale.

 

 

What you'll do...
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to understand their workflows and challenges, bridging the gap between marketing, creative, and engineering.
  • Launch generative AI capabilities and tools for Marketing and/or Creative teams.
  • Partner with various businesses to dive deep into their operations, balancing innovation with addressing pain points in your prioritization.
  • Put the customer first, believing in a business-led, tech-driven approach.
  • Think outside the box, move with a bias for action, and demonstrate resilience by failing fast and learning from mistakes.
  • Evangelize the use of Gen AI capabilities across Marketing.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for generative AI tools focused on creative content generation, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Create the vision and strategy for enabling capabilities that generate hyper-personalized assets tailored to specific audiences and contexts.
  • Develop and implement validation mechanisms to ensure all AI-generated outputs are brand and legal compliant and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform product development.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.
  • Assess and balance the need for building in-house solutions versus purchasing third-party tools to ensure the most effective and efficient outcomes for the product.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Lead the user experience, ensuring that the AI-generated content meets high standards of quality, creativity, and brand safety. Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that the generative AI tools adhere to ethical guidelines and industry standards, maintaining brand safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and creative technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
