Pay And Incentives

  • Competitive Driver Pay - Drivers starting at $18+/hr (depending on experience)
  • **During Training (2 weeks to 60 days) $17 an hour.
  • Competitive Helper Pay - Helpers starting at $15/hr
  • **During Training (2 weeks to 60 days) $14 an hour.
  • Tips - Tips can and often do increase your pay to $30+ per hour
  • Profit Sharing - After 1 year of continuous employment:
  • Profit-Sharing bonus every 6 months.
  • 401k with contribution matching up to 3%
