About the Position

We are seeking a Strategic Web Administrator with expertise in managing and optimizing digital platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation, security, and performance of our web infrastructure while aligning with business and industry-specific compliance requirements.

 

  • Strategic Planning & Content Strategy:
    • Develop and implement website content strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audience.
    • Conduct website audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain style guides for website content.
    • Ensure website content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  • Website Maintenance & Technical Skills:
    • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot website functionality and performance.
    • Manage website hosting, domain names, and server infrastructure.
    • Ensure website security through implementing firewalls, encryption, and other security measures.
    • Backup and restore website data and files.
    • Update website software, plugins, and themes.
  • SEO & Performance Optimization:
    • Optimize website for search engine visibility (SEO).
    • Track website analytics and performance metrics.
    • Identify and implement strategies to improve website traffic and user engagement.
    • Ensure fast loading times and a smooth user experience.
  • User Experience (UX) & Accessibility:
    • Conduct user testing and analysis to assess website usability and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with development teams to address usability issues.
    • Ensure website accessibility for users with disabilities.
  • Communication & Collaboration:


Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of web design, development, and best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as HubSpot or Drupal.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., web development, information technology, marketing) or equivalent experience.
