In this role, you will be a key member of our growing Salesforce team (comprised of engineers and admins). This role is for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback from various business units, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is a top concern, and as such our Salesforce Administrators facilitate all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.
This role requires a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, and a desire to continue to learn new things in Salesforce. Our Salesforce Administrators must understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment, with stakeholders at all levels and can translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

 

    • Valid Salesforce Certifications in the following: Administrator, Business Analyst.
    • 2+ years of Administrator experience on Salesforce & Force platforms.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment.
    • Designing scalable, best practice solutions.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills.
    • Translating requirements into technical solutions.
    • Experience in change management and governance.
    • Training end users and key stakeholders.
    • Proven ability in producing technical documentation.
    • Available and responsive to questions.
    • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
    • Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, https://monday.com, etc.
    • Experience working in a SaaS environment preferred.
    • Experience working with Apex Code and custom Apex Classes preferred.
    • Experience with managed packages and AppExchange preferred.
    • Experience with CPQ preferred.
    • Pacific Time Zone working hours preferred.

    • This position has a salary range of $100K-$110K per year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
