BASICJOB DESCRIPTION: If you're offered a contract to work with us at bwpcareers.com, your job will be to work from your home or virtual office to find and hire professional "commission only" sales representatives to sell above ground swimming pools to ready and waiting customers in any one of our client’s 90 markets nationwide.

ABOUT YOUR PAY: As a Virtual Recruiter with bwpcareers.com, you will be paid $400.00 PER HIRE and AVERAGE $2400-$4,000 PER WEEK!!! Recruiters are paid on the 5th and the 20th of every month. That’s all there is to it. Easy and straight forward.
