About the position

The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (TC) is a full-time role responsible for managing the transaction process in real estate, ensuring that all documents are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations. The TC will work closely with agents, monitor communications, and handle various administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Review Real Estate specific documents to ensure compliance with GAR.
  • Monitor emails daily and respond to requests promptly.
  • Work closely with agents to keep them informed of issues with files, paperwork, and deadlines.
  • Upload all contracts to the filing system and write/send amendments to agents/clients.
  • Schedule inspections and closings.
  • Perform other contract-to-close related tasks.
  • Provide sales services to agents and build relationships with them.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum 1 year of real estate TC experience.
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to foster strong customer and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment (telephones, calculators, copiers, facsimile).
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees, agents, and vendors.
  • Diligent and persistent in follow-up and completion.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines.
