Expert Needed: Twilio Flex AI Voice Bot Setup for Sales & Customer Service ID - 9288

Job Description:
I am looking for a highly skilled Twilio Flex expert to set up a fully automated AI voice assistant (Ana Clara) for my business, Opscooper. The AI will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, inbound customer service inquiries, upselling, and customer retention.

💡 This is NOT a basic Twilio setup—I need an expert who can build a full-fledged, high-performing AI assistant. You should have deep knowledge of Twilio Studio, Twilio Voice, Twilio Flex, and AI conversational design.

💼 Scope of Work:
🔹 Twilio Flex Setup: Configure a fully functional AI-powered voice assistant (Ana Clara) to handle customer interactions.
🔹 AI Voice Selection & Natural Speech Configuration: Ensure Ana Clara sounds natural, persuasive, and professional.
🔹 Sales Call Automation: Implement outbound AI-driven sales calls that follow a structured script (provided) and create urgency to close deals.
🔹 Intelligent Upselling: AI must automatically recommend & upsell deodorizing & sanitizing add-ons during sales conversations.
🔹 Dynamic Response Handling: AI must understand and respond smartly to customer objections (e.g., price concerns, service hesitation, cancellation requests).
🔹 Inbound Call Handling: AI should answer inquiries, explain pricing, and book services directly via SMS or an integrated scheduling system.
🔹 SMS Integration: AI must send follow-up texts (booking links, reminders, promotions) based on customer responses.
🔹 Urgency-Based Sales Tracking: AI should track and mention the number of discounted spots left (e.g., “We have only 3 spots remaining”) to push conversions.
🔹 Cancellations & Retention Strategy: AI should attempt to save cancellations by offering incentives (discounts, pauses, alternative plans).
🔹 Performance Reporting: Set up a dashboard to track call conversions, engagement rates, and customer responses.

📌 Key Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in Twilio Flex, Twilio Studio, and Twilio AI voice automation
✔ Experience creating AI-driven sales & customer service bots (not just basic IVR systems)
✔ Deep understanding of conversational AI & call center automation
✔ Ability to integrate Twilio with CRM, SMS automation, and payment processing
✔ Experience with outbound sales call strategies & customer retention automation
✔ Fluent in English, with experience in voice tone optimization for AI
