•Research industry trends, company intel, and market insights to refine sourcing strategies.
•Build talent maps to develop a comprehensive view of the market and inform overall search strategy.
•Proactively source, identify, and engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
•Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for TA processes, specifically for TA research initiatives and sourcing best practices.
•Build a comprehensive database of market intelligence findings that can be used to inform and drive efficiency for future searches.
•Review sourcing and analytics tooling that can be implemented to help us achieve our strategic goals and objectives.
🎯 Requirements
•3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, operations, or market research
•Extremely organized with a high attention to detail
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Ability to design, standardize, and execute processes effectively
