This is a 100% remote position that will require 0-10% travel and the salary range is $25-$30/hour. This is a part-time hourly position with the potential to go full-time in the near future or remain part-time.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to our Accounting Manager, our Bookkeeper will be at the helm of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client experiences. Your days will be filled with:

  • Client Relationship Management: You will establish and maintain direct relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for financial support and customized solutions. You will ensure timely communication, deliver high-quality results, and build trust through exceptional service and reliability.
  • Financial Mastery: Dive into the nitty-gritty of accounts payable/receivables, general ledger reconciliations, and comprehensive account analysis.
  • Budgeting Brilliance: Utilize your strategic thinking to align financial objectives with client needs and manage the budgeting process.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to special projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless payroll processing and year-end tax preparations.
