We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, Payer to join our Business Development team. This role would be responsible for implementation and account management responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and successful client experience. They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, aligning all resources and departments within Talkspace to achieve shared goals, timelines, and deliverables. This includes overseeing implementations of new products, populations, and services, as well as maintaining detailed project plans and managing problem-solving and risk management during implementation and throughout the customer lifecycle. The Senior Account Manager will build strong customer relationships and will focus on effective account management by utilizing creative and collaborative marketing strategies to drive user participation. Additionally, they will develop ongoing account strategies, provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and translate client business requirements into actionable steps across various business areas. Their role will also involve preparing and presenting annual renewals to clients, exploring new channels and opportunities, and expanding services to new populations. The Senior Account Manager will be dedicated to customer success and their effective account management will contribute to Talkspace's growth and reputation as a leader in the digital mental health space.

What You’ll Do

About You 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health landscape (such as EAP and behavioral health/ payer, provider, patient roles). 
  • 3+ years healthcare experience preferred, health plan / payer experience a plus.
  • Project management/ Implementation experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects/ implementations simultaneously with competing priorities.

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $105,000 and $115,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
